We pride ourselves on our easy Virtual Graduation Creative Process which includes:
- A detailed planning call with our virtual team
- Live or real-time recording call with speakers
- Students will be invited to capture their photo online and our design team will create a custom design photo with their name, school color, and logo
- We will invite you to our online cloud submission environment for uploading any other photo/video content eg. video speeches, photographs of each class group
- A detailed document will be provided for fine-tuning the graduation flow and order of events
- Each school will have its own private website URL for the live graduation premiere
- We will create your custom-designed webpage with school colors and countdown
- If you have opted for any enhancements, we will add them to the final edit, including subtitles, additional web-pages, etc
- Once we have created the final edit, you will have up to 3 revisions to get the finished product perfect
On the day of the event, your schools’ virtual graduation will be showcased at a set time either as a pre-recorded video or as a live stream to Zoom or another group video conferencing software.
For Virtual Parties, our creative process is very similar to our virtual graduations process:
- We will set up a call to plan out the event in detail
- Custom graphics will be designed around a particular theme as discussed during our planning & collaboration call
On the day of the event, our professional DJ will play popular live music and will interact and build connections with the students in a live party atmosphere. With our live green screen background and custom motion graphics, we can create a celebration party that your students will love and deserve!

1. What is the next step after signing the contract with DLE?
After confirming your virtual graduation, we will set up a discovery and planning call where we will explain the requirements moving forward. We will then set out the technical specifications, the timeline for your school, and the clear deliverables outlining the full process for your school.
2. How many weeks would the preparations take?
We have created full virtual graduation events in as little as 3 weeks in the past, however, we design timelines based on each particular school and their needs. We work closely with each school to define a timeline that works for them taking into consideration the number of students and the planned graduation date.
3. Do you record the speeches and take photos in-person?
We can provide in-person photographers, but we also offer virtual capturing services. Take a look at the Class Photos section for more details. For speeches, we accept pre-recorded videos for any speeches or we can send a team of videographers to your school to film on-site.
4. How should the school submit the student photos?
Images can be uploaded to our digital repository for processing. Further details will be shared during our discovery and planning call.
5. Are you a vetted vendor of DOE?
DLE Event Group has been vetted by the NYC school system for technology, privacy, security, systems, and processing.

For schools without an onsite photographer, we can provide a virtual photography solution!
Students can upload their graduation photographs to our imaging software. We will then customize the photographs with different variables. We will replace the background and add other features to the image such as the student’s name, the school logo, and any specific title eg. Class of 2021

Custom Graduation Name Ceremony
Many schools wonder how we show off those special Diploma moments. We get questions like “How is it going to look?” and “What’s possible?”
We have a very talented group of designers and video editors on our team who are able to put together incredible elevated looks using school colors, fonts, logos, and incredible graphics.
We also have primary and secondary text boxes which enable us to use the student’s names and also a title for example, “Class of 2021” or “Outstanding Student” or any other title that your school uses for their high achievers.
Custom Website
We can create a custom URL link that is unique to your school, or unique to your grade if you are doing multiple grades and we can have a special link that you can share in an invitation with the run of the show, digital ceremony order of events, the flow, and the formalities.

Integrated Chat
There’s an optional interaction piece that allows us to integrate a chat for guests during the event. This gives them the opportunity to add comments and emojis which the students can see.
